But man the share price refuses to come down especially over the last 6 months or so. At some point we'll both get an opportunity to add some more to our portfolios but I'm in no rush to add any here.

I love that they refer to themselves as the monthly dividend company because it shows you where management stands in regards to the dividend. Their commitment to it will make them even more cautious in acquisitions that they pursue to make sure it's a great deal and from an operational standpoint they're top notch.

Thanks for stopping by!Passive Income Pursuithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13947101854482544346noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6587699706949333863.post-24265759056914058362016-03-23T12:13:47.117-05:002016-03-23T12:13:47.117-05:00FV,

Shares have been on a tear and a starting yield less than 4% for one of the largest REITs out there isn't that appealing. It could be a candidate for an options play but given the valuation there might not be too much value in order to get you near a cost basis that would be acceptable.

Thanks for stopping by!Passive Income Pursuithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13947101854482544346noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6587699706949333863.post-34224067554810636492016-03-23T12:11:42.556-05:002016-03-23T12:11:42.556-05:00Ferdi,

I wish more companies would take the route of smaller, incremental raises throughout the year but as long as they keep coming each year I won't complain too much about the timing of them.

Thanks for stopping by!Passive Income Pursuithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13947101854482544346noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6587699706949333863.post-73378990065721353222016-03-23T11:54:16.339-05:002016-03-23T11:54:16.339-05:00JC,

Just an outstanding commitment on their part. My only wish is that I held more than 39 shares.

- GremlinDividend Gremlinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08894828465031408952noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6587699706949333863.post-7993157094608522822016-03-23T09:23:53.959-05:002016-03-23T09:23:53.959-05:00I keep saying I'm going to pick up some "...I keep saying I'm going to pick up some "Big O" but never do. Yay for us! I actually don't mind seeing multiple smaller increases several times a year, rather than a larger increase annually. As long as the year-over-year increase handily beats inflation (it does for Realty Income!), I'm happy...

Cheers
FerdiS, DivGroFerdiShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05008021146951839361noreply@blogger.com
