Weekly Roundup - July 18, 2015
June ended up being a stellar month for me. I ended up crossing over 1,000,000 total pageviews for Passive-Income-Pursuit and also had my best month of "non-work" income. Between dividends, interest, and writing I earned over $1k in income that's not related to my regular job. I know I'm not at the point where I can repeat that month after month, but eventually I'll get there. And doing it even once is amazing to me. I hope to continue the writing from this past week and keep that momentum going over the second half of July. I've got lots of ideas for posts, as well as some stock analyses to write, and if Luke will be stable I'll be able to get more a lot more done.
In case you missed them, here's the post from this past week.

Once again I'd like to say thanks to each and every one of you that read, commented, and shared posts from here this past week. I think this dividend growth investing and financial independence community is amazing and the openness from everyone is awesome. Thanks again!

Here's another great TED talk. It's a great talk but old and really helps to visualize different sets of data.
I hope you all have a great weekend!

R2R,
DeleteI really like watching the Ted talks. There's so many interesting topics to learn about and I try to watch at least one a day. Hans Rosling has some really interesting ones with visualizing statistics.
Thanks for stopping by!
JC - Thanks for the continued support and mention of our Collection of Recent Buys and Stock Analyses. Enjoy your weekend my friend. AFFJ
ReplyDeleteAFFJ,
DeleteThanks for keeping up with the lists of both. I was hoping to do the stock analysis one myself but I never had enough time to compile the list.
Thanks for stopping by!
JC,
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the non-job income over there. As that grows, so does your flexibility and freedom. :)
Appreciate the mention. Hope Luke has a great weekend.
Cheers!
DM,
DeleteIt's pretty cool to see over $1k in non-work income for a month. A large portion of that is my dividend income but my blogging/writing income is slowly improving with more consistent writing.
Thanks for stopping by!
Hey JC,
ReplyDeleteCongrats on hitting $1k in non-work income this month! I'm sure the momentum will continue and you'll see that grow further!
Thanks for mentioning my post, hope you and your family have a great weekend.
Cheers,
Jason
Jason,
DeleteIt was great to see that I earned over $1k outside of my job. I'm a long way from averaging that but with my new Tradeking account that's an extra purchase I get to make now. And that should just help to spur on more income in the future.
Thanks for stopping by!
